Innovation is only possible with diversity
Discover our commitments to diversity

Female Leadership
We are actively working to increase the number of women in leadership positions at EBANX. We invest in training, succession planning, and affirmative openings for management positions.

Female protagonism and anti-machism
Watch the video
We all evolved with the power of women. We launched the Empower Her campaign and invite respect, allies, and empowerment into our lives every day. Sexism ends when respect begins.

Racial equity
We want to increasingly expand the participation of racially diverse people in our team, especially in leadership positions. We put actions into practice with committees, such as affirmative positions and development programs.

LGBTQIA+ pride and trans employability
Watch the video
It’s possible to build a society in which each person can love and exist any way they want. We pride ourselves on being trained by LGBTQIA+ people and we want to expand trans employability.

Employability of people with disabilities
Disabled professionals in different areas, positions, and complexities are part of our staff. We have an inclusion program and an environment prepared to welcome people with mobility difficulties. And more:
– Sign language interpretation
– Assistive technology
– Exclusive talent bank

Multiculturality
EBANX was born in Curitiba, but we are Latin American. In addition to Brazilians, people of different nationalities from Latin America and the world are part of our team of amazing people.
We look for professionals with different experiences, stories, and skills to develop their career and challenge the impossible with us.

Gender equity
AND THE GLOBAL
PACT
EBANX adheres to the WEPs – Women’s Empowerment Principles, a
joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact, in line with Global Compact’s 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda goal number #5, gender equality. The WEP principles seek gender equality in leadership and in the workplace, promote safety, health, education and training for women, equality in community advocacy, and monitor progress.
Walking towards the reality we want is possible.
A step closer to an inclusive world for everyone. One Step Closer is our constant walk to equity. With the Diversity Committee, we promote internal and external actions encompassing the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disabilities, and racial and gender equity.
